The January outlook for fishing is somewhat normal, if any fishing can be called normal.  The Bluefin are here and just as finicky as ever.  One hot day followed by a few days of nothing.  A rabbit foot might be the best bait of all.

Speckled trout continue to bite at the jetties but this should be ending soon.

No sign of stripers yet........
